The Balance on Your Plate

Look closely at our Steamed Sea Bass. You will see golden ginger, green spring onion, fresh coriander and bright red chilli. Every colour has a reason.

In Vietnam, lunch is never rushed.

It's the moment you put down your work, sit with people you love, and enjoy a hot bowl made with care. Our mums cooked lunch like that every day, and we've brought that feeling to Church Street.

The First Bite Tells the Whole Story

Little Saigon has only been open for a few weeks, and with every passing day we grow more grateful for each guest who walks through our little door on Church Street. There’s one thing we’ve always believed: a meal is a bit like a story, and the opening line deserves to be written with care. For us, that opening line is the starter. Today, we’d love to share why we put so much heart into it.

What does an English autumn taste like?

As the first crisp autumn breezes drift through the little streets of Bishop's Stortford, there's nothing more comforting than sitting down to a steaming bowl of chicken phở at Little Saigon.
