On 28th September, Little Saigon (Phở & Vietnamese Cafe) is officially opening its doors to serve our community. We are currently putting the finishing touches on everything so we can welcome you all very soon.
Little Saigon was born out of a deep love for family cooking and wholesome food. The goal is to bring fresh, authentic Vietnamese dishes, full of the warming flavors of home, right to our table in Bishop's Stortford. Their cuisine is all about an artful balance of five elemental flavors: sweet, salty, bitter, sour, and spicy.
Here is a quick sneak peek of what you can look forward to across Vietnam's culinary regions:
The North (Hà Nội): Hearty 24-hour slow-simmered bone broths, wok-seared beef Phở (including their signature Premium Beef Stone Bowl Phở), and charcoal-grilled Bún Chả.
The Centre (Huế): Vibrant lemongrass-spiced broths and rich regional dishes like Bún Bò Huế.
The South (Sài Gòn): Crispy Bánh Xèo, fragrant broken rice with grilled pork chops (Cơm Tấm), rich coconut curries, and traditional slow iced drip coffee.
