Hello Lovely Bishop's Stortford Folks!
On 28th September, Little Saigon (Phở & Vietnamese Cafe) is officially opening its doors to serve our community. We are currently putting the finishing touches on everything so we can welcome you all very soon.
Little Saigon was born out of a deep love for family cooking and wholesome food. The goal is to bring fresh, authentic Vietnamese dishes, full of the warming flavors of home, right to our table in Bishop's Stortford.
Their cuisine is all about an artful balance of five elemental flavors: sweet, salty, bitter, sour, and spicy.
